Sam Machour is the Executive Chairman of Altruist Biologics, China's leading biopharmaceutical CDMO. In this role, he drives the company's vision and business strategy execution and oversees its markets expansion efforts globally. Prior to joining Altruist, Mr. Machour held senior executive roles at several global biopharmaceutical companies, including Samsung Biologics, Lonza, Becton Dickinson, Pfizer, GSK, and Boehringer Ingelheim. Over the last 36 years, he supported or led various business areas, of which are, operations, business strategy execution, business development, M&A, and quality and regulatory management, across North America, Europe, and APAC.
Sam holds a Master degree in Nuclear Physics from Concordia University and is a graduate of Harvard's HBS general management program.

Prior to assuming his current role, Dr. Zhou served as the Senior Vice President of Innovent, where he was responsible for process and analytical development, commercial production, and supply chain management.

Serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management, Ken Qiu brings 18 years of industry expertise to his role, including 17 years in leading global and local pharmaceutical companies. He has a strong background in Supply Chain Organization Development and end-to-end supply chain management. Mr. Qiu holds certifications as a Project Management Professional and Supply Chain Operations Reference-Professional. Previously, he played a key role in the successful new product launches in the Chinese & EU market for Henlius, which achieved the fastest New Product Launch (NPL) in the Chinese bio-pharmaceutical industry. He also led the NPL projects for Roche PTSH and contributed to inventory optimization initiatives for both Roche and Fosun.

He is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. He has held leadership roles in regulatory affairs, CMC strategy, process development, MSAT, and GMP manufacturing at global companies, including Genentech, Roche, Pfizer, and Sanofi. His experience also includes serving as a reviewer at the Health Sciences Authority, Singapore's regulatory agency. Dr. Siu holds a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from University College London and an Executive MBA from Rutgers University.
